1) On the left hand side there should be a colomn of buttons and links.  Click on the ‘Posts’ Button and some links should show up.  Then click on ‘Add new’.

2) Before you write anything, please make sure:

* YOU ARE IN VISUAL MODE.  Please click on the ‘visual mode’ tab, not the HTML tab,

* If you are copying text from any other programs (like the internet/word document…etc) please make sure you copy the text onto notepad, then copy the text from notepad into the post.  This is because text from other programs has design coding attached to them and it will clash with the design coding on your website.  To get rid of the design coding on the text from other programs, copying it into notepad will strip it all away.

Add a title and content for your post.

3) Click on ‘publish’ when you are done.  The post is now inserted into your blog.
